Additional Charges
- Changes requested for cake or cupcake design, decor and balloon designs, additions, peripherals and setup that deviate from the package decor provided will incur an additional charge.
- Any additions added to your event will incur an additional cost, this includes, but is not limited to additional catering, mascots and party activities like face painting.
- A refundable damage deposit may be taken. It is a sum of money paid in relation to the usage of the facility to ensure everything used for the duration of your party is returned in good condition. This may be taken before the party and returned at the end of the event.
Requirements & Assignments
Minimum Players
- Our Signature 10 package requires a minimum of 10 players
- Our Signature package requires a minimum of 15 players
- Our Energy package requires a minimum of 15 players
- You will be charged for the minimum regardless if all players do not show up.
Party FAQs
Gift Cards And Store Credit
Gift Card and Store Credit (“Credit”), unless otherwise explicitly and expressly stated otherwise, are redeemable only at the location at or for which such was issued. Such Credit is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, discount, special event or third party service or product. Such Credit shall expire and be non-redeemable as of the earlier of: (i) the date set forth thereon or therewith, (ii) five years from the date of original issuance. No refunds or credits will be provided for lost or stolen Credit.
