Party Packages

General

Event Deposit

A non-refundable payment is required the day of booking to hold the time and date desired. In case of cancellations, your payment is non-refundable, but your session may be moved to a different date of your choice based on availability or exchanged for a gift credit to be used for any purchase from Xtreme Energy. To reschedule your booking, please call 888-556-7698 or email bookings@xtreme.energy.

Bookings canceled within 5 days of the scheduled start time of your booked session are subject to forfeit and we are not obligated to provide a refund or credit.

The balance payment (less deposit, plus any increments incurred) is paid on the day of the event after your party ends.

Players

The ‘Player’ count towards your event refers to the number of participating children. All children attending the event above the age of 1 (including the birthday VIP) are considered a ‘Player’. Every package requires a minimum number of players (Signature: 10, Energy: 15). You will be charged for the minimum or the amount confirmed before the event (as reflected on your invoice) regardless if all players do not show up. Additional players will be billed on the day of the event at the package price per player unless updated before the event.

What’s Included

Every package includes the following:

  • 1 free adult per player. Additional adult at $9 each
  • Access to all courses and playscape for players
  • Dedicated party host(s)
  • Private party room for the length of the event
  • Themed room decor from available Energy themes or our Signature decor (based on package)
  • Pizza and organic juice boxes for all players.
  • Cake or cupcakes (size based on the number of players), themed based on your package. Choose from chocolate, vanilla, or funfetti for your cake. Cupcake choices are chocolate, vanilla and funfetti (any two flavor combos at the most).
  • Water bottles (all guests) and coffee (adults)
  • Gift bag for Birthday VIP
  • Total party time: 120 mins (2 Hrs)

Not included with your package: Party favors for the players, adult food, grip socks, and invitations

Decor customizations: Changes requested for balloons, peripherals and decor that deviate from the packages provided will incur an additional charge. Any additions added on the day or before the event will incur an additional cost.

What if I have changes to my event?

Changes are expected and constant. We, however, request you put these in writing by emailing bookings@xtreme.energy or respond to your event confirmation email (5 days before the event). Changes made via text message, phone calls with no written acceptance, or any other way are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

Custom desserts and add-ons must be confirmed at least two weeks before your event. Catering from our menu can be added up to 48 hrs before the event.

Who needs to sign a waiver?

Everyone who enters Xtreme Energy needs to sign a waiver! All accompanying adults and players must have a valid and signed waiver before entering the playspaces. Our waiver can be found here.

Do you provide invitations? What information do I need to share with my guests?

So sorry, we do not provide invitations. Your invoice confirmation includes all the details for your event and also a link to the waiver. We highly suggest sharing the link to our online waiver with your invitation. Once you have completed the waiver for yourself and your family, you will be presented with a link to share with your guests. This automatically keeps your guests ‘grouped’ together for your event for faster check-ins.

Do you provide party favors?

We do not provide party favors or gift bags. We suggest you bring those on the day of your event and hand them over to your party host upon arrival. Your party host will place these in the room (we always have a designated space for this).

An Xtreme gift is included for the Birthday VIP only.

Are grip socks provided for free?

Socks are not provided for free for the Players or adults. They can be purchased at the front desk for $3 (plus tax). If your party guests require grip socks, you can request to have them added to your invoice. Grip socks are required for all players—they do not have to be socks provided by us and any grip socks are appropriate. Adults require socks and do not need to have grips. Please remember we are a shoe-free facility.

Dessert & Food

What flavors/fillings are available for my choice in cake or cupcakes?

Cake or cupcakes (size based on the number of players) is included with your package. Choose from chocolate, vanilla, or funfetti for your cake. Cupcake choices are chocolate, vanilla, or funfetti (any 2 flavor combos at the most for cupcakes).

Is adult food included in the package?

Catering for adults can be added to your event. The all-inclusive package covers all paying kids (players). Adult food is not included and can be added via our catering menu here: CATERING MENU

Do you provide plates, napkins, candles etc.? What are table setups like?

Yes, all tableware and utensils for any catering provided by Xtreme is included. Tables are placed in the room based on the number of attendees and always are covered with high quality anti microbial leather tablecloths. Place settings are matched to your event’s decor and set up for the number of players booked. Candles are provided for the cake, though you are welcome to bring a specialized candle should you choose to. Please note: sparkler candles are not permitted under any circumstance.

Do you have ice?

So sorry, we do not have ice ready handily. If you need ice for your event, this can be arranged with advance notice.

Can I bring outside food or cake?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted! However, you may bring bagged snacks like chips, popcorn, or pretzels. If you would like to provide food for your party, please see our catering menu. Burners, furnaces, grills and any electric or heating equipment is not allowed.

Note: Nuts of any kind are NOT PERMITTED under any circumstance.

If you would like to bring a cake and not use the cake provided, we suggest you switch it out for cupcakes with us (good for the adults or just to take home). Providing your own cake does not reduce the package price.

Note: Nuts of any kind and ice cream cakes are NOT PERMITTED under any circumstance. We do not have freezers, refrigerators, heaters, warmers, ovens or any kitchen equipment available for use. Our staff and cafe team will not be able to help you with preparing any food. Xtreme staff will only serve catering provided by us. Take-out containers are not provided except for catering provided by us.

Can I customize my cake/cupcakes?

All of our cake/cupcake designs have been created to perfectly match our themed decor! If you would like to customize your cake/cupcake designs, please call 888-556-7698 or email bookings@xtreme.energy to discuss details and pricing.

Theme & Decor

Can I get a custom theme?

We offer over 60 themes to choose from for your Energy package event! If you are interested in a theme that is not listed, please call 888-556-7698 to speak with an Xtreme Event Planner or fill out an inquiry here and we will get back to you.

Can I bring outside decor and vendors?

You can bring lightweight paper goods, centerpieces, and desserts if consented by us at the time of your booking. Xtreme staff is not available to assist you with decor enhancements, edits or setup. Additional booking time is not available for decor setup unless billed separately.

If you have booked a private party and would like to work with your own event designs, a deposit of $500 is required, plus a cleaning fee of $250. Any time at location spent beyond the venue rental hours as per your invoice will be billed in 30 minute increments at an additional fee. Any damages to our location will be deducted from your deposit and/or billed with your event invoice.

Any vendors (mascots, clowns, etc.) that you bring to your event must sign a waiver prior to arrival and have an insurance certificate.

Can I customize my decorations?

We offer a wide variety of decorations in a range of colors, styles, and themes! If you would like us to customize a theme for you, please call 888-556-7698 to speak with an Xtreme Event Planner or fill out an inquiry here and we will get back to you.

Space & Time

Can I extend my party time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the session time in your party room, however you can extend time in our Play Zones by purchasing Open Play tickets for the next available session! At the end of your party session, your party room will close but guests with Open Play tickets will be able to continue playing! 

Can we stay after the party and play?

Unfortunately due to our policies on cleaning and sanitizing, all guests must leave at the designated time to allow our staff time to sanitize before the next session. If you would like to stay for another play session, you are welcome to purchase tickets for the next available open play session.

What room will my party be in?

While all our rooms are beautiful and unique, we are unable to book a specific room for your event. Room allocations are made 24 hrs prior to the event and are based on the number of guests in your event.

Is my party private to just me and my guests?

Paramus Location: Private venue rentals are not available at the Paramus location. If you are interested in an exclusive space for your guests , you can book our Skybox (phone or in-person only) for an additional fee. The Skybox provides a party room area on our mezzanine. Play spaces and obstacle courses remain shared.

Englewood Location: Private venue rentals are available for an additional cost. Private venue rentals can only be booked via phone or in person. A private venue rental is a 'buyout' of the facility.

Please note in every other circumstance, your party is NOT considered private. This means there could be other events taking place as well as other Open Play guests in the facility. Your party room is always private to you for a majority of the length of the event.

What is the party schedule?

0-15 mins: CHECK-IN - Upon arrival, guests must check in (with a valid waiver)

0-60 mins: PLAY - Players have access to all activities and are assisted by coaches at stations (and your party host) - all activities are available to event Players

60-90 mins: CAKE AND FOOD - On the 60 min. mark into the party, announcements are made for cake cutting and food. Your party host(s) lead the kids into the party room and the cake cutting ceremony is performed. Kids are then seated and food is served, followed by cake.

90-120 mins: MORE PLAY: Kids have time to continue activities and play.

Can I arrive early for my party?

Parties are 2 hours long and doors open to guests only at the scheduled time. We take the time in-between sessions to clean, sanitize, and set up decor. We do not encourage early arrivals and request you arrive at your designated party time. To save time at check-in, you can ensure that waivers are signed before arrival by you and all your guests. Your party room is private to you and will be ready 15 mins post your arrival.
